Signature on the title page: ”The small one, Michael Aryeh Leib Kahane Shapira Mana”sh” - the signature of the gaon Rabbi Michael Aryeh Leib Kahane Shapira, son of the gaon Rabbi Ya'akov Shapira, av beit din  of Neustadt (who corresponded with Rabbi Akiva Eiger - refer to Sofrei HaMelech  p. 229). This signature is special, more beautiful than his other signatures. Approximately [12] lengthy handwritten glosses along the leaves of the sefer , most by a single writer.
