Chassidic Siddur, Scarce. Derech HaChayim (Sephard). Vilna, 1840 - Siddur with prayers for the entire year, called Derech HaChayim , per the Sephard custom. Including many dinim  and halachahs from Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah and Orach Chaim, by Rabbi Ya'akov of Lissa. Vilna, 1840. Incomplete copy. Especially rare siddur. Two title pages. The first title page is brief: Siddur Tefillot Yisrael K'Minhag Sephard . Early siddur using the Sephard text, printed in Vilna. A similar siddur is known from 1838. An incomplete copy of it is listed by Mif'al HaBibliographiah HaIvri  according to the copy in the National Library. The date of print for the siddur here is 1840. This siddur is listed in Otzar HaSefer HaIvri  according to this very copy. The complete siddur apparently contains 316 leaves. This siddur continues until leaf 211 (lacking 18 leaves in the middle; see below.) It includes prayers for weekdays, Shabbats, Rosh Chodesh and Shalosh Regalim. This copy is lacking leaves: 42-43, 56-57, 49-51, 85-88, 130-131, 134-135, 150-151, 138, and, as stated, it ends with leaf 211. 19 cm. Moderate-fine condition. Artistically restored title page. Used condition. Minimal blemishes. Simple binding.
