Sefer for Protection!! The Ariza”l's Sha'ar HaYichudim. Chassidic Edition, by Order of the Sacred Rebbe of Sadigura - ”The rabbi and tzaddik ... of Sadigura ordered me to print this sefer  ... He even took the amulets for himself. His father, the sacred tzaddik [of Ruzhin] also took amulets,  and all his brothers, the tzaddikim, took them from me as well.” (from the introduction to the sefer ) Kitvei HeAr”i  - Sefer Sha'ar HaYichudim , HaNevuah , Ruach HaKodesh , and Tikkun Avonot ;   Sefer Tzaddik Yessod Olam ; and   powerful amulets that served gedolei HaChassidut , printed here for the first time. Lemberg, 1855. Especially important Chassidic edition printed by order of the sacred Rabbi Avraham Ya'akov of Sadigura. Sefer Shemirah L'Haganah MiSreifah U'Mageifah : ”These awesome Yichudim and sacred Names protect and save from all harm. New amulets appear here for any and every misfortune - for fire, for plague and anything else that occurs” (from the Hebrew text on the title page). The sefer  also includes Kabbalistic amulets printed here for the first time in this edition. Leading Chassidic tzaddikim of that generation, the Ruzhiner Rebbe and all his sacred sons, and the Rebbe Rabbi Meir'l of Premishlan used them for themselves and their families (as stated in the introduction). Rabbi Yehudah Leibush Rapoport, who brought this sefer  to print, writes in the foreword: ”I will faithfully inform the tribes of Israel that the tzaddik, the rabbi, scion of the sacred ... Rabbi Avraham Ya'akov, son of the renowned tzaddik, the wonder of the generation, the light of the Jewish people, butzina kaddisha , the pious and ascetic Rabbi Yisrael ... of Sadigura ordered me to print the  sefer Sha'ar HaYichudim ... He also took the amulets for himself, along with all his brothers, the tzaddikim, who took them from me as well. The rabbi and tzaddik ... famous wonder of his generation, butzina kaddisha , pious and ascetic, the light that illuminates the Earth and all who live on it, Rabbi Meir zlh”h of Premishlan ... brought from the bearer of this letter amulets as well, and said that they are true and just; they are most capable to deal with any illness or misfortune, Heaven forbid.” The Rebbe Rabbi Yosef Segal Landau of Iasi, who studied b'chavruta  with Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, writes in his approbation that this sefer provides protection from fire and rescue from a plague, Heaven forbid, and other troubles: ”For recovery, protection from fire, rescue from a plague, Heaven forbid, and from all other troubles.” Rabbi Yeshayah Schorr of Chotin wrote in the approbation that the amulets are tried-and-true and the sefer  provides excellent protection for one's home. Page 32b bears along its entire length: ”This is an amulet for fire from the Ar”i HaKodesh, and the leaves of the sefer  contain Kabbalistic diagrams and many amulets. The title page states: ”Part I” - but no others were printed. [2] 44, 47-58 leaf, approximately 23 cm. A commentary has been added at the end [Mahar”i Sruk] on Shabbat zemirot  composed by the Ariza”l. Fine-very fine condition. Aging stains.
