Self-dedication at the top of the title page signed with the decorative signature of the geon hageonim , Rabbeinu Shalom Mordechai HaKohen Schwadron - the Maharsha”m, who attests that the sefer  was sent to him by the author's son. Two later handwritten glosses, one of which (on p. 289) includes interesting content on Zionism. Overall fine condition. The first leaves are in moderate condition with tears, wear and adhesions. The body of the sefer  is in fine condition with minimal stains and light tears in the margins of a few leaves. Magnificent new leather binding.
