Extraordinarily Rare Amulet for Every Disease and Every Person! Handwritten by the G-dly Kabbalist Rabbi Yehudah Pattiyah - ”heals every ache, ailment, injury and wound” (from the manuscript) Sacred amulet, lengthy and detailed, covering four pages handwritten by the G-dly Kabbalist Rabbi Yehudah Pattiyah. Rare manuscript that serves as an amulet for wearing and also as an incantation, designed to heal all the diseases common in those days. Including detailed instructions by Rabbi Pattiyah regarding the arrangement of the incantations and what to recite for each disease. [Baghdad, early 20th century.] Printed in his sefer , Chasdei David. This manuscript covers all practical Kabbalistic topics in Rabbi Pattiyah's doctrine from beginning to end. Prayers, amulets for all types of disease and all patients. The amulets and the incantations were not written for a specific person, or a specific disease, but comprise something of a “contract for the bearer of this letter, ” and it includes detailed instructions by Rabbi Pattiyah as to how to recite the patient's name and which detailed incantation to recite for each disease. Rabbi Pattiyah wrote a title at the tops of the pages; ”Shome'a Tefillah.” Apparently, Rabbi Pattiyah planned to print a sefer  by this name, with the text of amulets, but this did not materialize. In the end, the text for these amulets were printed in Chapter III of his book  Chasdei David  (Jerusalem, 1966). The structure is as follows: Begin with a general prayer, follow this with the private incantations, then Sacred Names, followed by a concluding prayer. This amulet, is designed for protection against:  fever diarrhea constipation polyuria urinary retention headaches and migraines evil eye quieting a crying child cancelling spells and sorcery sleep disturbances anger and short temper leg pains throat, trachea and esophagus diseases  and much more.
