Antique owner's signature on the title page: ”Yehudah ben Rabbi Moshe di Medina.” Perhaps this is Rabbi Yehudah b”r Moshe di Medinah, son of the Maharashda”m, who was a  dayan  in Salonika, in the early 1500s.
