Tractate Avot with Persian (Bukharian) translation. Published by the brothers R' Yisrael, Netanel and Binyamin Shauloff. Jerusalem, Ri"n Lowey Press. Only edition, very rare.
It is customary that publishers of a book maintain its printing rights for a certain amount of time, in which the publisher is the only one who may print it, so that his rights not be encroached. Printing common books that sell quickly and easily is restricted for a short period of two to five years. Less sought-after books are restricted for much longer.
Printing this rare book was restricted for no less than twenty years! It seems that at the time, it was not particularly sought-after, and only a limited number of copies was printed. To the best of our knowledge, it has never been offered at auction.
