Historic archive from 1946, the height of the armed battle for the establishment of the Jewish state after 2000 years of exile. The archive consists of approximately 81 original documents and authentic letters about the Jewish female prisoners - members of the underground, who were imprisoned in inhumane conditions at the infamous British women's prison in Beit Lechem.

This archive deals with one of the magnificent phenomena in the chronicles of our people - the Hebrew women fighters, who, in complete contrast to the natural Jewish refinement and modesty imprinted in them over the generations, went out armed with courage and strength in a full-frontal and behind-the-scenes war against the British and against the Arabs, and even overcame them! In the merit of devotion of these magnificent women, we were privileged to found the State of Israel.

This is the first time that documents related to the women's prison in Beit Lechem have been put up for auction.
