Original and rare picture - Maran Hazon Ish.
He is apparently accompanied by Rabbi Yaakov Halperin.
Rabbi Chaim Ya'akov Halperin (1888-1974) was a businessman and philanthropist, founder of Zichron Meir in Bnei Brak and founder of Torah and educational institutions, was very close to the Maron Hazon Ish and consulted with him on his business. To the Halperin family on their trip to the annual vacation in Safed. The Hazon Ish was also the matchmaker of Halperin's daughter, Sarah, to his disciple Rabbi Shlomo Cohen.
