Pri Haaretz, section three – responsa, by Rabbi Yisrael Meir Mizrachi, one of the most famed Jerusalem rabbis of his era.
The first two sections of the work were published in Constantinople; this last volume was printed in Jerusalem. Printed by the author’s descendant with the help of Rabbi Zvi Elimelech Reisman.
The book bears a number of owner stamps and signatures of Rabbi Yosef ben R’ Abish צעהנווירט .
Includes a dedication leaf that is not included in all copies. (Includes a dedication to Admor Avraham Steiner, son of Rabbi Yeshaya Steiner of Kerestir. The father-in-law of Rabbi Avraham writes: To mention my dear son-in-law, an avreich who is pure in his deeds, well-versed in Torah and yirah…Avraham..ben Harav Hatzaddik…Yeshaya Steiner shlit”a of Bodrogkeresztúr.)
