Questions & Answers by the Gaon Rav Chaim Shabati (Abbreviated: Maharchash). Part 2 with the "Modaah Veones" Pamphlet - This Pamphlet, which Deals with Business Contracts of all Kinds, as well as with Gets and Chalitza - is the Comprehensive Pamphlet Detailing all Halachos of Mesiros Modaah Veones.
On title page is the handwritten signature of the Gaon Rav Eliezer Di Toledano, of the great sages of Constantinople, author of two volumes of Mishnas Rebbi Eliezer Responsa (Salonika 5613-5632). Passed away in year 5622 and was eulogized by Rav Chaim Palag'i.
Salonika 5475 [1715] - First print. [4] 128 pages. 30 cm. Damaged binding, detached front cover, cut-off margins, a small tear on page 34, otherwise in good condition.
