A gold diamond and niello brooch/pendant- Europe 19th century
Hand crafted from 14-16k gold. The upper part is of cluster form. It is finely adorned with niello work(some damage to the niello.)The bottom part of the brooch/pendant has three tassels hanging from it. 16 rose cut diamonds decorate the piece, totaling 1.5-2 ct. The central stone approx .3 ct
