Three Calendars for She'erit HaPleita Printed by the Joint
1. Hebrew Almanac 5707, for 1946-47. On the cover - the emblem of the Joint, a New Year greeting in Hebrew and a greeting in English: "A gift to 'Sharit Ha-Platah' from American Joint Distribution Committee, Germany".
2. Calendar for 1946-47. On the cover: "From American Joint Distribution Committee".
3. Calendar for 1947-48, 5708. The emblem of the Joint appears on the cover with a biblical verse and an illustration of the people of Israel on their way to their homeland. On the inside of the cover appears the writing: "United States Jewry and the Joint send their greeting to She'erit HaPleita and wish for the New Year a new and fresh life in the Land of the Fathers, the director of the Joint Mr. Charles Passman and the director of 'Religious Office' Rabbi Shlomo Shapira". Size and condition varies.
