Rabbi Moshe Sherer – Collection of Letters
Collection of letters and copies of letters and telegrams. Diverse correspondence between the rabbis and activists of “Agudat Yisrael” in Israel, and Rabbi Moshe Sherer president of “Agudat Yisael” in the USA. 1953-1982.
The majority of the letters deal with matters of the Chinuch Atzma’i and other various matters regarding the leadership of the community in Israel and the USA. (Council of the Torah Leaders, assemblies of rabbis, and more).
Among the rabbis and influential leaders signed on the documents: Rabbi Zalman Sorotzkin, Rabbi Shraga Grossbard, Rabbi Moshe Sherer, Rabbi Moshe Porush, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Levine, Rabbi Fischel Gelernter, Rabbi Shlomo Lorentz and Rabbi Menachem Porush.
