"Jewish Character in Stories, Poems, Paintings etc", by Itzig Feitel Stern, the Christian author Heinrich Holzschuher who signed several anti-Semitic writings which he composed using this fictional Jewish name. The book presented here contains dialogues, stories and poems written in faulty German supposed to imitate the Jewish-Yiddish speech and to ridicule it. The book is accompanied by titles in Hebrew letters with mistakes and several anti-Semitic illustrations. VIII, [2] illustration plates, 117, [1] pp, 18 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains, tears, mainly to first two leaves and to last leaf. New binding.
