"First Assembly of Representatives" – Delegate Card and Cloth Badges
Two delegate cards for the sessions of "The First Assembly of Representatives" presented to the representative of "Ahdut Ha'Avoda" Sarah Glicklich-Sloschatz, and two cloth badges.
1. Printed card, delegate-card on behalf of the "Provisional Committee of Jews in Eretz Israel". Handwritten signatures of the chairman of the provisional committee and the chairman of the central elections committee were added to the card, together with the date (Tishre 25 1921), and the signature of the card holder. On the lower part appear an ink stamp of the "provisional committee of Jews in Eretz Israel" and a JNF stamp. 9.5X13 cm. Spots.
2. Two cloth badges (for the wrist). Printed on one side: “Delegate to the first assembly of representative of Jews in Eretz Israel” (Hebrew) and on the reverse: “Yerushalem, Tishrei 1921”. Average size 17X2 cm. Attached with a pin.
3. Printed card, delegate card to the second session of the First Assembly of Representatives, 22-25 Shvat 1921. On both sides of the certificate a detachable form granting a discount off a railway ticket. Name of the certificate receiver was added by hand on both forms. Signatures of the “Presidency of the National Committee” were added. 23.5X14 cm. Ink stamps of the “National Committee for the Jews of Eretz Israel”.
Overall good condition.
