Tnuvah’s Production Plant in Tel Yosef. Handmade-Advertisement Booklet. 1970s?
Pricelist and samples – Tnuvah’s production plant in Tel Yosef [magnificent advertisement booklet for hard cheese]. [1970?]. [14] pages. Width is larger than length, 17.5×24 cm. Bound in a spiral, with each leaf in a plastic cover. Elegant, colored advertisement booklet. The title page addresses housewives and provides a guide to Tunvah’s cheeses. Colored cheese product wrappers are hand-pasted onto the leaves of the booklet, with explanations. It seems that that this booklet served as a prototype for a promotional booklet that was printed later. Apparently complete – but missing information about some cheeses. Very fine condition.
