A document of declaration by Dr. Heinrich (Zvi) Gerstel on the waiver of his father's inheritance before the Beit Din, in Lwow, signed by the holy Rabbi Natan Neta Leiter who signed in the name of all dayanim and stamped Bina Daba Rabbah.
The holy rabbi Natan Neta Leiter Hy "d: (1869-1942) son of Rabbi David Dov Av Beit Din of Zowalov. He studied Torah with holiness and purity, and behaved in Hasidism and secession from the day he entered the yoke of Torah and mitzvot. He studied together with his younger brother, Rabbi Eliezer, both of whom were supported by Rabbi Shalom Mordechai Schwadron of Brazhan. In 1922 he was appointed Av Beit Din of Zalzitz in Galicia. After the First World War he was appointed Dayan and Av Beit Din of Lvov. In 1915 he published his article in the book "Our Rabbis in the Diaspora" 6, son of Rabbi Ze'ev Wolf, author of the House of David, Av Beit Din of Pittsburgh. The rabbi was shot and killed in Lvov by the Nazis when he was dressed in a prayer shawl and decorated with tefillin in the year 5702 and was buried in a mass grave.
