Zohar on Sefer Beraishis, published by the famous partners R. Dov Ber Segal and R. Dov Ber Ben Pesach, known as “the Berel’ach”.
Includes approbations by R. Aryeh Leib of Voltchisak-Tiveria and R. Yehuda Leibish Auerbach of Turchin among others.
All the approbations hint to “the owner of the printing press”. According to many bibliographers this was R. Moshe Shapiro of Slavitta (son of R. Pinchos of Koritz), who for various reasons, at the time concealed himself under the name of “the Berel’ach”.
