A manifest by the British High Commissioner John Chancellor.
In the manifest he calls to establish objective courts to judge the riots since, he claims, serious offenses were done by Jews too!
He believes that there was no difference between Jews and Arabs in the 1929 Palestine Riots! Anti-Semite despicableness.
"It is well known that various types of crimes were committed by Jews and Arabs alike therefore they should be judged in courts that will be established according to the directive I had published yesterday, all criminals regardless of race or religious faith".
An important historical item.

Condition: Fair. Tears, stains, wrinkles, many inscriptions on the reverse side of the leaf. Most of the flaws are on the margins and not on the text, except for slits in the text.
