A slice of the Tabernacle of the Lubavitcher Rebbe on the eve of Yom Kippur.
It is located inside a brown envelope. The recipient's registrar (one of the most important Chassidim), on the eve of Yom Kippur after the Mincha prayer, was appointed by the Rebbe.
On the eve of the Day of Atonement, the custom is to 'ask for' kinds of foods - 'aqah' - and also to eat from it. It is usually customary to ask the gabba'im and the synagogue's attendees, that if a man is required to need people, he is obligated to do so.
On the eve of the Day of Atonement, the Rebbe customarily distributes to each one of them, dressed in silk garments of Shabbat and wearing a sash, and blesses each and every one of them with a sweet and sweet year.
In the year 5711, the Rebbe said that the Baal Shem Tov would say that giving the yoke on the eve of Yom Kippur was an ancient custom, and when he gave it he used to say, "How did you go to the land of the land of Deir Geben, (Translation: I give you 'Akeach' and that God will give you a good year) and the Admor (Rashab) would add "Aus yaar" (translation: sweet year).
The Rebbe said: "Now the time has not come for a discussion of the sin on the eve of Yom Kippur, but nevertheless (the Rebbe gave him a piece of cake and said) "On the eve of the Day of Atonement, the Rebbe gave" akka "in Hoshana Rabba (or Shemini Atzeret), and in their commentary on the formulation of the day of Yom Kippur.
The importance of the division among the Rebbe was great. On the eve of Yom Kippur, 5741 (1981), when the Rebbe traveled to the mikvah, Rabbi Leibel Gruner announced that the Rebbe had told him that they would not prevent anyone from coming to receive a sacrifice, that the line would be continuous and that they should not interfere in his affairs, Play "with him.
