Rabbi Chaim HaKohen Rapaport, author of Shu"t Mayim Chaim [work with a printed letter from the Baal Shem Tov] writes about the publisher in his approbation. Refer to: H. D. Rabbi Moshe ben Chaviv (1654-1696) was a dayan, rosh yeshiva in Jerusalem, rabbi of Jerusalem and Rishon L'Tzion. His father was Rabbi Shlomo ben Chaviv. He was born in Salonika but moved to the Land of Israel at a young age. He was known as a genius with a sharp mind who was an expert in all sections of the Torah. He had a special expertise in the laws pertaining to marriage and releasing agunot, as indicated by his works, Get Pashut and Ezrat Nashim. His grandson, Rabbi Yaakov Culi, author of Yalkut Meam Loez, arranged his grandfather's novellae and printed them. 

Condition: Moderate condition. Worming holes, aging stains.
