Lot of 2 JNF-KKL tzedakah boxes, one in the shape of a book. Beginning of the 20th century.
1. Bronze JNF box with faux-leather covering in the shape of a book. The binding has a map of the Land of Israel and the places owned by the JNF. The other side has an embossed relief of the JNF logo and an inscription of the JNF with “created by Koenigshauper Tel Aviv.” Box of this type were created for regular donors between 1935-1955. No key. Light defects. 8x13x2cm. Generally good condition. 2. JNF box made of metal with a map of Israel and the places redeemed by donations to the JNF. Created by Alfred Zaltzman, Jerusalem. No key, light defects. 12x9.5x4.5cm. Generally good condition.
