Rabbinical Decision Signed by Rabbis Waldenberg, Kapach and Ovadia Yoseph

Rabbinical court decision by the Jerusalem Beth Din, confirming a bachelor status, with the signatures of R. Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg, R. Ovadia Yosef and R. Yosef Kapach. Jerusalem. 1959.
Signed by the secretary of the Beth Din, R. Shmuel Tanchum Frank, son of R. Zvi Pesach Frank, Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, with the official court stamp. R. Waldenberg, head of the Beth Din was one of the leading halachic authorities of the previous generation and known for his series of responsa Tzitz Eliezer. He passed away in 2006. R. Ovadia Yosef was the Rishon LeZion and the Chief Rabbi of Israel, and the greatest halachic authority of the Sephardic world. He passed away several weeks ago, and his funeral in Jerusalem was the largest the State of Israel has ever known. R. Yosef Kapach was born in Yemen and extensively studied the writings of Maimonides and other great medieval works. He translated many of them from old Arabic into Hebrew. He passed away in the year 2000.
