Printed Request Letter by the Chofetz Chaim to British Jewry – Vilna, 1931

Letter from the Chofetz Chaim to the Jews of England requesting their support for the Yeshiva in Radun. Vilna. 1931. [1] sheet, 24 x 34 cm.
On the right side of the sheet is a facsimile of a handwritten letter in the Chofetz Chaim's hand, with his signature stamp. The Chofetz Cahim then added a sentence naming his emissaries to England (R. Moshe Landinsky and R. Hillel Ginsburg), and signed it again. This letter was written in the final years of the Chofetz Chaim's life. Printed on the left side of the sheet is an English translation of the letter and the addition.
