Petach Ha'Ohel - kabbalist novellae on Bereshit by the Rebbe Rabbi iDavid Abuhatzeira. Jerusalem, 1923. First edition.
At the beginning of the book, an important introduction by the "Baba Sali" on the history and greatness of his brother, the author. In this introduction he also thanks the generous donators who assisted in the publishing of the book.
Important approbations by the most prominent rabbis of Morocco, Tiberius and Jerusalem.
On the reverse side of the title page, a printed dedication hand-filled by the Rebbe Rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira the "Baba Sali".
In 1925, the "Baba Sali" immigrated to the Land of Israel for the first time and studied at the kabbalist "Beit El" Yeshiva. At the same time, his brother, the Rebbe Rabbi David Abuhatzeira, printed his books in Jerusalem. After a while, he was instructed by his rabbi, Rabbi Moshe Turgeman, to return to Morocco.
The dedication before us is from an early period of his life. Dedications by the "Baba Sali" from such an early period are rare.
