5. HaMidot SheHaTorah Nidreshet Bahen (The Rules by Which Torah Laws are Deduced), by Rabbi Moshe Ostrovsky (Ha'Meiri), among the leaders of Ha'Mizrachi. Served as Rabbi of Mazkeret Batya–Ekron, was a member of the directorate of the National Committee and was appointed by it as Head of the Department for Organizing the Communities in the Land of Israel. Jerusalem 1924.
At the beginning of the book appears a dedication by the author to his friend Shmuel Tschernovitz (1880-1929), writer, journalist and public activist. Served as secretary of the National Committee.
The book has an interesting approbation of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook.
