Bayit Vagan, Jerusalem in its Construction, Issue 13, published by 'Bayit VaGan Jerusalem', a Mutual Union LTD, edited by S. Jacobson. Jerusalem 1937.
The issue opens with the following: "Bayit VaGan is based on three things: a) summer camps and recuperation. b) small farms. c) light industry in its vicinity. To the issue is added "a commercial and industrial addendum with news and pictures of factories, industry and farms in Bayit VaGan". Among others there is a description of the Angel Bakery on Rabbi Kook St.
An interesting, unfamiliar issue!
