During the meeting it was decided to publish the visions for the entire Jewish people (Am Y’israel) both in Israel and overseas. Jerusalem, 1929.

Rabbi Emanuel Ben-Nissan was a well-known Tzaddik (a righteous man) in Jerusalem, a man of many good deeds with grace and establishment. He also established the “Yavneh” synagogue in the Bochari neighborhood in Jerusalem. He was known for his many visions, parts of which were precisely fulfilled.

4. “An Appeal to the Hassidic Society in Israel” – An interesting notice about a bizarre episode that took place in 1937 concerning the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Benjamin Kolovetsky, a resident of Tel Aviv, resented the actions taken by the University with respect to certain matters, and sued the University Administrators. “In the courthouse, claims and responses were heard for the first time which no any other court or tribunal had ever had the privilege of hearing. The Judge was puzzled, shrugged his shoulders and wrote the judgment”, as was written by one of the individuals present in the Courthouse.

Following his loss of the trial, Kolovetsky published this notice “An Appeal on the District Court of Jerusalem’s Verdict on Wednesday, 11.11.1937, there is no Law but for the Law of G-d.”

In this notice he calls for the University to “remove all false gods” and called for the “Hassidic Community to hold onto all measures to bring forth the revelation to Tel Aviv in order to correct the injustice. He finished is letter with the words: “because the revelation in Tel Aviv (is) the one of the pillars of the Jewish philosophy of the heavenly features, and it is of the utmost importance because all the academic institutions will one day return to question of the belief in G-d.”
