The signatory, R. Chaim Tzvi Teitelbaum of Sighet, author of Atzei Chaim (1889-1926) was the older brother of R. Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar and father of R. Moshe Teitelbaum, author of Beirach Moshe, the Rebbe of Sighet and Satmar.
