Beit HaKnesset Churvat Rabbi Yehuda HaChassid. Interesting Document Opposing the Interference of Different Sects
Document – declaration by the trustee of the Jerusalem synagogues asking that outside organizations refrain from interfering with the running of the Beit Yaakov synagogue in the Churvat Rabbi Yehuda HaNasi, which was run according to the bylaws of its founders which were confirmed many years ago by Rabbi Kook, and is now under the supervision of Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank and his beit din. It seems that some zealot factions in Jerusalem tried interfering. The document is signed by over ten synagogue trustees with official stamps. The first signatory is Gaon Rabbi Yosef Gershon Horowitz, president of the "Hitachdut Batei Haknessiot. Binder holes. Very fine condition.
