Vladimir Filatov, (b. 1952), plots the church traders, oil on canvas, signed and dated 1990. Vladimir Filatov was born 1952
in the city Penza in Central Russia.
He graduated 1977 in Penza
at the art school named "Savitsky".
His teacher was Michael Bunchin.
Vladimir is a great master of portrait
and genre scenes.
He is a member of the Penza's Union
of Artists Organisation,
and several of his paintings are
in permanent collection at the
Penza's art museum.
