Tikun Leil Shemini, recited before the circumcision. Published by R' Shimon Haygmanes and R' Dovid Salihas, Amsterdam, Caster press. 1852. Unique edition with the printers' signatures.
Third edition with supplements that did not appear in earlier editions. In addition, it includes many approbations from the Ashkenazic and Sephardic rabbis of Amsterdam. At the end of the introduction [p. 7]: the signatures of both printers: שמעון הייגמאנס and דוד שליהס. Interestingly, it is no longer customary amongst the Asheknazic communities to hold a Brit Yitzchak. Rare work.
New, magnificent leather binding, with embossing (erroneous year of printing).
