Siddur Tefilat Yisrael per the Ashkenazic customs with the commentary of the author of the Ktav V'Kabbala, Rabbi Yaakov Zvi Mecklenburg, av"d of Koenigsburg. Warsaw, [1901].
This prayerbook belonged to the Rosh Yeshiva of Chevron, Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna. His owner stamp appears on the title page.
Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna [1890-1969] was appointed Rosh Yeshiva of Chevron in 1934, and was a member of the Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah.
