In the center – illustration by Nahum Gutman. Text: quotation from the Cyrus Declaration, Balfour Declaration, Ezra and Nehemia, Keren Hayesod and greeting of the 20th Zionist Congress. On the lower part: "Keren Hayesod asks to add this year to the usual donation…".
70X100 cm. Fair-good condition. Mounted on acid-free paper. Folding marks. Tears at vertical folding mark, at left margins and upper right corner (open tear) – all professionally restored.
