Bulletin to a Soldier and Bulletin to a Woman-Soldier – A.Z. Eshkoli – Italy, 1945
"Bulletine to a Soldier" and "Bulletin to a Woman-Soldier" – two booklets, by the chief rabbi A[haron] Z[eev] Eshkoli. Published by the Rescue Commission of the Jewish Agnecy, Italy, 1945. Hebrew.
The bulletins were intended for Jewish soldiers in the British Army (Jewish Brigade). The rabbi address the Jewish women-soldiers asking them not to contact gentile soldiers – "This gentile is not 'worse' than a Jews. But he was not disturbed when your mother was murdered".
