Ketubah, illustrated in the style of a book. Damavand—Persia. 1920.
Important Judaica. Illustrated Ketubah, in gouache colors, decorated with carpeted illustration. In total, 12 pages, 6 of which have writing. Ketubot in the style of a book began to be in use in Persia at the end of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century, mainly in Teheran and Mashhad. The ketubah here is from Damavand. Size: 15x20cm. Tears and gluing. Generally ok to good condition.
