Letter from the Admor of Tschakava, Rabbi Meir Halberstam. [1971]
Greetings to the mayor of Bnei Brak, R' Shmuel Weinberg from the Admor of Tschakava, Rabbi Meir Halberstam, 8th of Tishrei, [1971].
Rabbi Meir Halberstam was the son of Rabbi Yaakov of Tschakava, of the Gorlitz-Sanz dynasty. He was a disciple of the Admor of Klausenberg, the "Shefa Chaim" and the son-in-law of the Luria family of Slonim, Tiberias. After living in Netanya, he established a Chassidic court in Bnei Brak where he passed away in 2012.
