The booklet includes: Azar's greetings; His article: "On three things: smoking, meat and alcohol"; "Vegetarian Food" by Kita Becher; "Vatikin" by N.Z. Mamon; "Don't Kill" by Akiva Aryeh Weiss; "The Slaughterhouse in Tel Aviv" by N.B. Havkin and Dr. A.Y. Yurslovsky; "The establishment of a vegetarian rest home and settlement in the hills of Jerusalem", and much more. Advertisements at the end of the booklet.
It ends with an article regarding healthy fats of the time…"Which fats should the cultured person choose? The answer, according to modern science and techniques of the time – refined oil!! What do present-day health advocates have to say on the subject??
