Saraf Pri Etz Chaim. Rabbi Moshe Shoham of Dolyna. First Edition

Saraf Pri Etz Chaim - Kabbalistic elucidations on the book [Pri] Etz Chaim and more of the Ar"i's writings, by Rabbi  Moshe b"r Dan Shoham, rabbi of Dolyna. Chernowitz, 1866. First edition. Pedigree copy.

First edition of the book by one of the Chassidic leaders. Rabbi Moshe Shoham was born in 1830 to his father Rabbi Dan, who was a household member of the Ba'al Shem Tov's. In his books, he cites Torah thoughts that he heard from him.

There are many approbations from the leaders of Chassidut - the Admo"rim of Ruzhin, Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz, and approbations from Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Apta, from Rabbi Yechiel Michel of Zlotchov, from Rabbi Yosef Shaul Nathansohn, printed in the book Divrei Moshe by the author.
