Religious Manuscript by Rabbi Shlomo Eliezer Teneh Av Beit Din of Tel Aviv - About the "Kashrut of the Immigrants from India"
Long manuscript about the "Kashrut of the Immigrants from India", handwritten by Rabbi Shlomo Eliezer Teneh (1914-1986) Av Beit Din of Tel Aviv and previously the Chief Rabbi of Be'er Sheva.
Rabbi Teneh explains the problems of this Sugiya and their solution according to his method, basing his claims on the Chief Rabbis, Rabbi Ben Zion Uziel and Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Herzog. At the end of his letter he calls to "assemble several prominent rabbis who dealt with the issue and to publish a Halacha Pesuka".
