Handwritten Leaves of Torah Thoughts from the Holy Sage Rabbi Shlomo Zalman and his Son Rabbi Yehoshua Ehrenreich
Four handwritten leaves with words of Torah, written on the endpapers of a book.
Paragraphs of novaelle in purple ink by Rabbi Shlomo Zalman, and paragraphs of novaelle in black ink by his son Rabbi Yehoshua.
The holy sage Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich, Av Beit Din of Simleu Silvaniei, author of the responsa "Lechem Shlomo" and more. Died in the Holocaust in 1944.
His son, Rabbi Yehoshua, succeeded his father in the rabbinate of Simleu Silvaniei, later served as rabbi of Mahd, and later as rabbi of the Mahd congregation – Brooklyn.
Condition: Good. On one leaf there is damage to a few letters.
