1. Sefer Ha’Mevakesh, book of ethics and philosophy, by Rabbi Shem Tov Phalkira. First edition from a manuscript. Hague, [1878]. Including approbations of Rabbi Shaul Av Beit Din of Amsterdam, Rabbi Shaul Ha’Levi Av Beit Din of Prague and the Chida. (On page 4: inscription in French to community leader in Bordeaux by Tama Mordechay).
[8], 48 leaves. 20.5 cm. Good condition. New binding.
2. Sefer Ha’Mevakesh, [Koenigsberg, c. 1858]. On title page name of printer, place and year of print forged, like in first edition. “Hague the capital in close proximity to the Amsterdam congregation by the printer Rabbi Leib Zusmansh”.
