An essay on the various printmaking techniques, with reproductions of works and 15 original prints (etchings, lithographs and woodcuts) by Jacob Steinhardt, Lovis Corinth, Charlotte Berend-Corinth, Felix Meseck, Willi Geiger, Willi Jaeckel, Rudolf Grossmann, Otto Schoff, Paula Wimmer and others; all signed in pencil by the artists. The book is bound in a fine vellum binding printed with a lithograph by Hans Meid. Copy no. 30 out of an edition of 50 signed copies (a total of 1,000 numbered copies were printed).
