Perush HaMishnayot L'HaRambam - Krakow, 1604 - Including Leaves not Listed Bibliographically
Perush HaMishnayot L'HaRambam, on Zera'im, Moed, Nashim, Nezikin and Kodshim. Krakow, 1604. Printed by Yitzchak son of Aharon of Prostějov.
This volume is composed of two parts of the complete Babylonian Talmud printed in Krakow in 1602-1605.Part 1: Perush HaMishnayot L'HaRambam, Seder Zera'im (with its own title page. Printed without Tractate Berachot). Part 2: Perush HaMishnayot for Moed, Nashim, Nezikin and Kodshim (printed without title pages. Lacking the commentary of Tractate Nidah).
At the beginning of the volume are Piskei Tosfot and Perush HaMishnayot L'HaRambam on Tractate Berachot (sometimes bound at the end of the part containing the Perush HaMishnayot on the rest of the Sidrei Mishnah). These are followed by 19 leaves of Piskei HaRosh on Tractate Berachot. These leaves of the rulings of the Rosh are not listed bibliographically (In the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book, it is recorded that "The Piskei HaRosh do not exist in the copy which we have seen and we do not know if they have been printed").
The full version of the Mishnah appears in Seder Zera'im alongside Perush HaRambam and the commentary of Rabbeinu Shimshon. The rest of the Sidrei Mishnah were printed without Rabbeinu Shimshon. 6 leaves with the Rambam's introduction to Seder Zera'im are bound before the title page instead of at the end of this part.
