4, 6-28, 33-228 leaves. Lacking 5 leaves: 5, 29-32 (partially replaced in handwriting). 19.5 cm. Fair condition. Many stains, including dampstains. Worming, affecting text. Open tears (final leaves with many open tears), affecting text, repaired with paper (with handwritten text replacement). Title page mounted on paper for reinforcement. Marginal paper repairs to several leaves. Binding old and damaged, front board detached.
