ד, קנב דף. במקור: ד, קנח דף. חסרים 6 דפים אחרונים. 29.5 ס"מ. מצב משתנה, בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. כתמים, בלאי וקרעים רבים בדף השער. סימני רטיבות. רובו של הדף האחרון קרוע וחסר. כריכה קדמית ושדרה חלקית, ללא כריכה אחורית.
