Jewish Children in Poland – Jeanne Pierre Norblin, Philibert-Louis Debucourt – 1817
Dzieci Zydowskie, Enfans Juifs (Jewish children), an engraving colored by hand. Out of the book Collection de Costumes Polonais published in 1817 and depicting various polish figures and their costumes. Engravings were created by the master-engraver Philibert-Louis Debucourt who created them after painting by Jeanne Pierre Norblin, a French painter who spent many years in Poland.
17X26 cm, good condition. Some stains and some foxing.
