Collection of Autographs – Intellectual and Authors – Eretz Israel, late 1920s-1970s
12 documents and letters, most of which are handwritten, with signature by Israeli intellectuals, Eretz Israel, 1928-1970. Hebrew.
Collection includes: * The poem Balada al Hana (poem about Elhanan Modzov, named Hana), typewritten with vowelization and corrections by hand, signed A.G.B. [Nathan Alterman's pen-name]. * Essay, handwritten, by Yehezkel Koifman. * Draft of letter to Haaretz editorial about the absence of an art expert in the editorial board. The writer signed for the painters [Nahum] Gutman, [Israel] Paldi, [Haim Glicksberg] and other painters. * Letters handwritten by Alexander [Peli], Esther Rav, S[himon] Ravidovich, Baruch Kurzweil, Zalman Pevsner, S. Shimonovich, Yehoshua Bertonov and more.
Size and condition vary. Stains, folding marks, tears. Good-fair overall condition.
