דיו על קלף. כתיבת סת"ם מהודרת ונאה. כתב האריז"ל (אשכנזי-חסידי). 38 שורות בעמודה.
גובה הקלף: כ- 45 ס"מ. מצב בינוני. דיו דהויה. חורים ביריעת הקלף (חורים טבעיים מקוריים, שהיו בקלף עוד לפני הכתיבה). כתמים וקמטים.
